Iguodala hasn’t played since picking up an injury in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals against the Houston Rockets.
Steve Kerr hinted earlier today that the 2015 NBA Finals MVP could make his return for Game 3.
And the Warriors have now confirmed Iguodala will be available for selection this evening.
The Warriors tweeted: “Andre Iguodala (left lateral leg contusion/bone bruise) is available to play in tonight’s Game 3 at Cleveland.”
Golden State hold a 2-0 lead over the Cavaliers with the Finals heading to the Quicken Loans Arena this evening.
The likes of Shaun Livingston and Kevin Looney have enjoyed extended minutes in Iguodala’s absence.
It is unclear whether the 34-year-old will play on a minutes restriction.
Iguodala’s return could spell trouble for LeBron James, with the Warriors star having experience of stopping the three-time NBA champion in the past.
He was named in the starting line-up after the Warriors went 2-1 down in the 2015 NBA Finals and limited James to just 39.8 per cent shooting for the series.
