Camilla Parker Bowles: Future Queen visits Ireland with Prince Charles | Life | Life & Style

Camilla Parker Bowles, 70, looked solemn as she attended a memorial in Northern Ireland. She stood by her husband Prince Charles’s side on the occasion.

The Duchess of Cornwall held an umbrella as the rain poured down at the event.

She kept her blonde bouffant hairdo pristine and her beige coat dry.

The Duchess wore a light blue floral print dress and beige leather shoes for the occasion.

She wore her everyday pearl and diamond earrings and her enormous engagement ring, which belonged to the Queen Mother, was on full display.

Royal expert told Camilla parker Bowles would be Queen in his professional opinion.

Richard Fitzwilliams said: “Although the official line still is that the Duchess of Cornwall will be Princess Consort when Prince Charles ascends the throne, the choice is Charles’s and he will make it within a day of the Queen’s passing.

“She is expected to be Queen as every king has had a queen.”

Prince Charles, on the other hand, wore a grey suit with purple and lilac details.

He wore a little pink flower pinned to his lapel, a lilac shirt and pink pocket square.

They laid a wreath at the Omagh Bomb memorial garden as part of their tour of Northern Ireland.

Later the couple were presented with a bunny rabbit by Matilda Callaghan on the exact spot of the Omagh bombing.

The couple are on a four day visit of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Camilla Parker Bowles could use the title Princess of Wales if she wished, but avoids it. This is because it is associated with the late Princess Diana, who used it.
