The three-day trip, taking place in just two weeks, will see Melania travel oversees with her husband for the first time since her hospitalisation in May.
The highly-anticipated visit will be the Trump’s first presidential visit to the UK.
The Trumps are due to land at Stansted airport on the evening of Thursday, July 12.
From the airport they will then be flown to the US ambassador’s residence, Winfield House, in Regent’s Park.
After touching down in London, Melania and her husband are reported to have a lavish itinerary planned.
During the short trip, the first lady is scheduled to have dinner at the opulent Blenheim Palace, home of the Duke and Duchess of Marlborough.
The Trump’s will then journey to Buckinghamshire, where they will meet with Theresa May at Chequers.
Chequers is a sprawling country manor house used by UK Prime Ministers.
It is Grade I listed and on the National Heritage List for England, with beautiful landscaped parks and gardens.
Topping off her visit, Melania is even set to meet the Queen.
During their stay Melania and Donald will travel to Windsor Castle, where they will meet with Her Majesty
It has been reported by the Sun that the couple will be honoured by the British Army’s oldest and most prestigious regiment, the Coldstream Guards, on their arrival at the castle.
Speaking to Sky News, the US ambassador to the UK Robert Johnson Wood said: “Meeting Her Majesty is the most important thing because she’s the head of state and, from then on, it’ll be what the president wants to do.”
Since 1945 the Queen has met every US president, with Donald and Melania set to be no exception.
Other activities on the Trumps’ agenda could be heading to Aberdeenshire and Ayrshire, where the president owns golf resorts.
Melania and Donald spent last weekend at another one of Donald’s golf resorts, the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.
Before departing for the luxury golf resort, Melania was spotted out in Washington with her son Barron and glamorous mother Amalija Knavs.
Showing the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, Melania’s mother looked equally as glamorous as the First Lady.
Formally a pattern maker at the children’s clothing manufacturer Jutranjka in Sevnica, Slovenia, Amalija joined the Trump family as they visited US military base, Joint Base Andrews.
